How to Pay Your SinoYak Order Securely?

You want to buy from 1688 or Taobao but are hesitating because of the payment process? That's normal. European payment methods (standard credit cards) are not accepted by Chinese platforms. SinoYak acts as your trusted intermediary to secure your transactions.

🛡️ Our Security Guarantee (Escrow)

Unlike buying directly on Alibaba where you pay upfront blindly, SinoYak operates on a trusted escrow model. You pay us for your order. We buy the product in China with our own funds. We only release the funds to the supplier once the product has passed our quality control in our Guangzhou warehouse. You are protected from A to Z.

Method 1: Alipay via WhatsApp (Fastest)

Alipay is the "PayPal" of China. It is the most widely used payment system in the world. With SinoYak, you don't even need to create an Alipay account!

How it works: Once your order is placed, our agent sends you a secure Alipay payment link on WhatsApp.
Payment: You can pay this link directly with your European/American credit card (Visa/Mastercard) via the Alipay interface. No app to download.
Security: Alipay is owned by the Alibaba Group and uses global banking encryption (SSL). Your card data never transits through SinoYak.

Method 2: International Bank Transfer (SWIFT)

⚠️ Transaction Fees (Small amounts): To cover bank and payment platform processing fees, a 3% fee will be added to the final invoice for any order totaling less than €150. For orders over €150, these fees are waived by SinoYak.

If you don't have a credit card or prefer the traditional method, you can pay by bank transfer. We use a professional corporate account in Hong Kong (DBS Bank, one of Asia's largest banks).

While very secure, SWIFT transfers can take 2 to 4 business days to appear on our account. Your order will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
